The Orange Gallery Guesthouse and Café

San Ignacio-Georgeville, Cayo

Hotel Description
This charming guest house is set on five beautifully landscaped acres with swimming in the picturesque Barton Creek. The cottages are spacious, tiled, and tastefully decorated with artwork from Belize and neighboring countries. The business is family-run with excellent home-cooking in the restaurant. The setting is ideal for folks who want to be out of the hub of San Ignacio town and yet still close to all of the Maya sites (and caves) of Western Belize and Guatemala.

History & Owners
The small guest house started in 1990 as a Mom & Pop place and stayed small. They have gradually made additions to the property, including a restaurant and gift shop. Most of the wood products and sculptures in the gift shop are made at a workshop on-site.
