Ingredients:
Fish of choice and amount depending on amount in the family
Instructions:
Season fish to taste with salt, black pepper and season all
Half fry fish and set aside
Brown flour in a little cooking oil then add water
Add vegetables such as okra, carrots, cocoa, plaintain, potato.
Bring to a boil and then add the fish.
Notes:
Serve with white rice cooked in coconut milk and boiled half riped plaintains.
