Back Pumpkin Pudding

Pumpkin Pudding

Ingredients:
2 cups pumpkin (or 1 can)
1 lb flour
1 egg
3/4 lb sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 coconut milk
1/2 nutmeg grated
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
Boil pumpkin and mash then place in bowl.
Slowly add in flour.
Pour coconut milk gradually as mixture is being stirred. Do this until all the flour and milk is mixed into pumpkin.
Add sugar.
Melt butter and add to mixutre.
Add beaten egg, nutmeg, and vanilla.
Pour into a baking pan and bake for 45 minutes at 250 degrees.
