Green Plantain Chips

Plantains, green
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Cooking oil
Peel plantains and slice thinly into any shape.
Add salt and pepper to the plantains.
Heat 1 cup cooking oil.
Fry the chips until golden brown.
Drain on paper napkins and eat when cool.
