Fish Tea

4 slices bacon
1 large onion
1 small sweet pepper
1 habanero pepper
1 tsp coconut oil
1 cup water
fish (size is your preference)
Saute bacon, onion, sweet pepper and habanero pepper in oil for 2 minutes.
Add water and fish.
Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
