6 cups white flour
3 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
2 packs yeast (11 grams)
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 lb shortening
1/4 lb raisins
Knead together ingredients until it becomes smooth and firm.
Let rise for one hour.
Roll off and let rise for one hour.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until done.
