Back Conch Fritters

Conch Fritters

Ingredients:
1 lb conch (cut in small pieces)
1 medium onion
1 sweet pepper
1 green habanero
1/4 cup flour
season salt
1 Belikin beer
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except the beer and grind in the food processor slowly adding the beer. Batter will be thick.
Fry in coconut oil or vegetable oil until golden brown.
Notes:
Don't fry too long or fritters will get hard.
