Ingredients:
shrimp or conch
lime to cover the seafood
chopped tomatoes
fresh cilantro, chopped
onions, chopped
salt, black pepper & season all (to taste)
habanero pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients, cover and chill for several hours.

Serve with tortilla chips.
