Belizean Steam Fish

3 fishes cut into pieces
black pepper
season all
garlic powder
1 onion
2 tablespoon coconut oil
2 cups water
Season fish with salt, black pepper, season all, garlic powder.
Heat oil in a big frying pan
Add fish in the pan and half brown on each side.
Cut onions and season with pepper.
Add water and steam for 5 minutes.
Serve with rice or flour tortillas. "Very good"
