Back Baked Lobster

Baked Lobster
Ethnic Origins:Mestizo & Spanish, Belizean

Lobster Tails
1 small can green peas
a dash of mustard
Black pepper
2 medium onions chopped
2 medium green peppers chopped
Season all
Shake & Bake (chicken)
Boil lobster then take meat out of shells, save shells.
Cut up boiled lobster, add salt, black pepper, season all, onions and green pepper.
Mix, then add dash of mustard and mayaonnaise until dampish.
Add green peas.
Stuff lobster shells with meat mixture, then sprinkle chicken shake & back on top and bake.
