Toledo District

Toledo District, the most southern district and least-visited destination in Belize, is a treasure waiting to be found for the traveler who loves adventure, culture and natural beauty. With only one major town of 6,000 people, the majority of the inhabitants live in traditional Mayan villages tucked between the mountains and valleys carpeted with rich jungles, forests and a myriad of waterways.
